Pregnancy Support
Treating your body, mind and spirit well is essential as you grow and nourish new life within your body. Yoga is a powerful tool to support you physically, mentally and emotionally as you move through each trimester and is an incredible tool in preparing your body for the birth process.

Birth Services
The birth of your baby is a moment you will remember forever. Being prepared and supported throughout the labor & birth experience makes the transition into the sacred fourth trimester much easier for the whole family. Having a doula present/available during labor and birth can make the whole process far less overwhelming.
-
Postpartum Support
The postpartum period is a magical, yet often exhausting time. Take some of the weight off of your shoulders by ensuring you have the support your family needs while you heal from the process of pregnancy and birth.
FAQs
-
The word doula means “servant” and it is a good description of the type of support you can expect from a birth doula. Depending upon what you need in any given moment, a doula can help you throughout the entire process of labor and birth.

Prenatal yoga is an excellent way to connect to your body, your baby and your intuition. Prenatal yoga helps prepare you for birth physically, mentally and spiritually.

While our culture would have us believe birth is a medical event women must be saved from, it is actually a perfectly designed, involuntary process that the body instinctively knows how to navigate. There are numerous long-term benefits for both mom and baby in allowing birth to unfold naturally.
-
Birth requires a mom to feel comfortable and unobserved, you should give birth in the way that will best facilitate that for you. Some are most comfortable at home and others are comforted by the sounds, sights and smells of a hospital environment. There is no right or wrong way to bring your baby into the world, learning to trust your instincts and cultivating self-awareness is key in having the birth outcome you desire.

Meet Angela
Hi, my name is Angela and I help mothers move from chaotic, confused and overwhelmed to calm, confident and empowered.
As a mother of three, I know how easy it can be to get lost in the day-to-day tasks of caring for others. In our desire to create magic for the people we love, we end up finding ourselves burned out and exhausted with a thousand things to do and no clue how it will all get done. We wind up sacrificing our health and happiness to ensure it all gets done and then wonder why we find ourselves snapping at the people we live with.
The expectations placed on mothers in our culture today are more than any individual person can really manage. This is why learning to navigate motherhood from our intuition, rather than expectation, is our path to empowerment and to finally finding the satisfaction that we all know is available as we witness our little people grow.
It is time to retire the “hot mess mom” and to embrace the playful, contented, and joyful mom.
All women deserve to enjoy their lives and the time they devote to their families. All mothers deserve to feel calm and confident on a day-to-day basis. All children deserve to be raised by joyful, connected mothers.
You deserve to love your journey through motherhood in a way that our sisters before us weren’t able to. Intuitive, empowered motherhood is available to you no matter what stage of motherhood you are in. Are you ready to be the happy mom you always imagined you would be?
From Other Moms
Having Angela on your support team is like having your best friend, your mom, your sister, all your girlfriends and all the women in the world cheering you on and supporting you wrapped up in a doula.

Angela had been by my side since week 36, helping me prepare mentally and physically for birth and teaching my husband the counter pressure exercises he would utilize during labor, which allowed us to labor, in peace and calm for hours in the bathtub at the hospital. I had the reassurance of Angela and Brian looking out for me, managing the conversations with the hospital staff, and enforcing my birth preferences, so I was able to fully go within -out of my head and into my body- focusing only on the task at hand: Birthing my baby. I would do it again the same way with Angela and Brian by my side every step of the way.

Having Angela there for my birth made the whole process less overwhelming. I would definitely have her back if we ever have another baby.

I labored for about 9 hours at home with the tender support of my partner, my rockstar doula & midwives, and awesome family. I felt like my doula was one step ahead of me in making sure I had what I needed to stay connected in the moment and I felt completely safe under the care of my midwives. My family rooted me on and helped us celebrate this amazing experience.
Everything felt organic. Yes, there was a lot of shh-shh-shh breathing, “OM”-ing, and yelling (RAWRRR-ing) to help things progress. No med or interventions of any kind. The birth was very baby-led and noninvasive. Such a memorable and cherished experience.
