Everything felt organic. Yes, there was a lot of shh-shh-shh breathing, “OM”-ing, and yelling (RAWRRR-ing) to help things progress. No med or interventions of any kind. The birth was very baby-led and noninvasive. Such a memorable and cherished experience.”

Meet Angela
Hi, I’m Angela, and I’m here to help mothers transform the chaos, confusion, and overwhelm of motherhood into calm, confidence, and empowerment.
As a mother of four, I understand how easy it is to lose yourself in the endless tasks of caring for others. In our effort to create magic for the ones we love, we often end up depleted, burned out, and overwhelmed by the never-ending to-do list. We push through, sacrificing our health and happiness, only to find ourselves snapping at the people who matter most.
The truth is, the expectations placed on mothers today are far beyond what any one person can manage. But here’s the good news: motherhood doesn’t have to feel this way. When we learn to navigate motherhood through intuition instead of societal expectation, we unlock the path to empowerment, joy, and deep satisfaction as we watch our little ones grow.
It’s time to let go of the “hot mess mom” stereotype and embrace the playful, contented, and joyful mom within you.

My Story: Empowered Motherhood
When I became a mother for the first time, I thought I had it all figured out. I was confident—maybe even cocky. But nothing could have prepared me for the reality of those early days. I was completely shocked and overwhelmed, left questioning everything I thought I knew about parenting and myself.
My second child came with an easier temperament. By then, I thought I’d find my stride, but instead, I fell into the trap of martyrdom. I believed being a "good mom" meant sacrificing everything—my needs, my time, my identity—for my kids. It felt endless and exhausting.
Then, less than four years later, my third baby arrived—my first girl. Meeting her changed everything. As I held her, I realized something profound: I was her example. One day, she might become a mother, and I wanted her to know that she would still matter as a person after becoming one. I wanted her to see a mother who was strong, joyful, and whole—not lost in self-sacrifice. But to be that example, I needed to make some changes.
I went to my first yoga class simply seeking a quiet hour to myself. What I found instead was life-changing. Yoga became a way for me to reconnect with my body, my breath, and my inner self. It gave me the space to let go of the noise and expectations of motherhood and begin trusting my own intuition again. I fell in love with the practice and quickly joined my first yoga teacher training. For the first time in a long while, I began to feel more content, more joyful, and more like me.
Yoga didn’t just help me survive—it helped me thrive. It became my anchor as I navigated big life changes, including the end of my marriage. As a solo parent to three children under six, life was chaotic, but yoga was my lifeline. It gave me the strength to show up fully for my kids and, more importantly, for myself.
Teaching yoga felt like a natural next step. I started sharing the practice with other moms, creating a space for them to pause, breathe, and reconnect. One of the moms I worked with invited me to her birth to help her with breathing and movement techniques. That experience changed my life—I immediately fell in love with birth work and helping women have their most empowered birth experience.
I sought out an incredible prenatal yoga and birth doula program and became certified to help mothers at the beginning of their motherhood journey. After attending several births and working with brand-new moms, I realized the importance of postpartum recovery and decided to expand my focus. I became certified in postpartum yoga as well.
It has been such an honor to work with mothers to create an intuitive and empowered experience of their growing families. Recently, I was able to put my knowledge to work for myself when I had my fourth baby. Using all of the tools I’ve learned, I made it the most comfortable and enjoyable of my pregnancies and postpartum periods.
The world needs more women realizing just how important they and their experiences of motherhood are. Empowered mothers making choices based on their intuition will benefit all of humanity. It is my great privilege to help mothers love their journey and raise their babies in love instead of chronic stress.
